Alright, most of the research I did on SL before I started using it said 1oz PPO. This seems to make my soap pretty crumbly! So I decided to check BB and see whatthey said for a usage rate... 1tsp PPO. Up to 5%. This is SIGNIFICANTLY less than 1oz PPO! The Sunny Days! batch I made today has 2% SL (15g). Just wondering what % SL you folks use.

For sodium lactate I go by %. I use anywhere from 1 to 2%, depending on the recipe. That's nowhere near 1 oz. PPO.

It seemed like a lot compared to what I was seeing people use on youtube, that's why I looked into it. Hopefully this batch will come out better!
