Sooo I've been trying out my crafter's choice and my new wooden mold and I have noticed an issue. The tops of the soap seem to dry out and look a bit rugged and yellow. One was left completely uncovered as the top was textured, the other was covered with freezer paper and a towel. Any ideas how to stop this? The house is 150 years old and heated with like aged cast iron radiators. This makes the air super dry. I'm guessing that that is why the tops are drying out so fast. I can't use a humidifier in that room because they tend to make the 150 year old wall paper kind of fall off the walls, and this gets me in trouble LOL Any ideas folks? It doesn't look too bad, and its all for myself and my family, but it does annoy me to no end... air gremlins!
