Teach Soap

I just finished a batch of soap, and I realized that I forgot the olive oil; Which was 25% of my recipe.

Would it be possible to rebatch and add the olive oil into the recipe?
It would be a shame to see this soap go to waste...

Was supposed to be a 5% superfat if that helps.

Yes you can rebatch and add the missing oil if you know exactly how much to add.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

I rebatched it today.
I'm a bit worried that the soap will be too soft because of how much oil I had to add.
We will see how it is tomorrow...

I have some more batches to do. This time, I'll be doing them right!

This batch was the first one I've ever fully gelled to. I'm always so scared of it overheating which it why I've never gelled.
First gelled, and first rebatched with added oil. We'll see how this goes.

Those 'first's' are always a little worrisome. I am thinking it will turn out fine.
