If you had false trace for either of those you probably would have seen a layer of oil floating on top of the soap. the little swirls are probably just from the way it was poured. The main thing is that the soap doesn't zap. I have one recipe that I've gotten false trace with twice so now when I make it I always leave it sit for about 5-10 minutes without stirring to see if the oils start separating. If they don't then I'm ok to pour. If they do, I blend some more. 8)
