SuperSoaper said it all, so I will just add that I too live on the east side of our nation, so it will take an order a week to get here once it's shipped. I too am on a limited budget, but I insist on quality ingredients. And, I too LOVE BB's products and their excellent customer service. While I do not get all of my supplies from BB, what I do get I love. In fact, I recently placed an order, knowing that the delay time was there. Even though I am anxious to make soap, and I cannot until that order arrives, I'd rather wait and know that what I am getting is high quality. In fact, I even ordered something that cost me slightly more to get from BB, but since I was already placing an order from there, I decided that I'd rather pay the bit extra there, than order it from a company that I wasn't familiar with. Better safe than sorry, and I have never been sorry with BB!

Darn. Just when I thought I was making progress. Ok......it's a "Band-Wagon" band meaning a musical group.

And cat 04/08/76.....we all think very highly of the BrambleBerry family. I think you and I are saying the same thing just using apples & oranges. Criticism is essential when it is posted as customer feedback. Criticism for the sake of bashing someone is senseless, derogatory and abusive. I know that Ann Marie knows the difference.....and so do we. If we weren't all BB loyalists, we wouldn't be here. I think we should be asking Ann Marie what we can do to help her through this difficult time. I sure she would reply, "patience".

I don't care if I have to wait, I just hope I get my entire order, please please do not run out!!! :P Nice to hear that BB is doing so well, you really do give us so much via this forum, etc.

I too had a long unexpected wait especially since I'm on the east coast and ordered on Jan 10. I just ordered what I absolutely needed asap, and I need to place another order but I'll wait til turn around times are close to normal. I was secretly hoping BB would buyout the closing Southern Soapers and have a satellite warehouse there, it'd save them money since most of the fo manufacturers are on the east coast anyway and save us east coasters some money and turn around time. BUT you have to hand it to Anne Marie for doing what has to be done, hiring more people. Companies with less dedication would have temporarily closed or just wait it out and struggle on. I've seen it happen.
All and all particularly on fragrance oils you can't beat Bramble Berry's quality. I cringe inside every time they discontinue something and I have to try to source it elsewhere.



P.S. BB please stop phasing out Cybilla oils you're killing me.

After trying a few other sources for FO's with mixed results, I have decided that BB is going to be my only source from now on. Everything I have ordered from them has been excellent quality and fairly priced, and because of that, they have my loyalty as a customer. Since I know that they are backlogged now I placed an order yesterday for some FO's that I was planning to order next month. And thanks BB for giving us a forum to learn from, and to share ideas.
