If it's solid enough from trace, then yes you can. If it doesn't gel be aware that the saponification will take longer. Your soap could still zap 3 days later and might be softer than if you did gel.

Ok...Thank you...How long should it stay in there...and is it ok to cut when it comes out...or should it come to room temp? :D.... I also did some of the batch cpop....teaching myself some soap differences.... :wink: ...First time using the fridge tho....

You can safely leave the soap in the fridge up to overnight. If it's hard enough the next day, go ahead and cut it, either cold or at room temp.
