Just out of curiosity, has anyone asked what type of adhesive is used in the making of the plexiglass molds? Many of the plexiglass epoxies are pretty stout. I'd just be curious as to the chemicals involved. It would be nice not to have to line a mold with every use.

I have used these type of molds purchased from Mr Doright and Oelmann&Sons on ebay. They are great once you are used to them (which does not take long). If you prefer not to line and are willing to wait a couple extra days before unmolding, you just place in the freezer for about two hours, then unmold.
If you are like me and need to get the next batch in the mold right away, I just wrap each piece in plastic wrap before assembing the mold. Spray the inside with pam first, this make the wrap stick and is easier to work with. After the batch has cooled, I put it into the freezer for about 15 min. and unmold.
Clean up is a dream.
