Could be a couple things.....

Undissolved Lye ~ Which would be a problem? Because it would irritate skin
Not Fully Melted Hard Oils or Palm Kernal Flakes etc.
or Simply Air Bubbles

The last 2 are more just cosmetic issues not harmful, thankfully

Thanks Holly for your reply. It's not the lye, I zap tested it. And I did stir it long enough
and the oils were completely melted before adding lye to it.

Sadly, my white streaks are caused by TD that wasn't fully dissolved. When I cut the bars, it streaks the pigment all the way down the length of the bar.

*sigh*

I'm getting better about taking more time to dissolve it in a little ziploc bag with some oil. But when I'm scared of a potential accelerated trace, I get nervous and rush through it.

It could also be undissolved stearic acid, which is a component of some soapmaking oils.

Soaping base oils that have are high amount of stearic (in your recipe) ideally should be soaped at around 115 degrees. I said ideally. Could you rework you recipe a little so maybe it has more olive, or coconut?

Yes, good point. I've used a very simple base from the start and focused on additives and colours but I think it is now time to work on the base.

Try making the soap without gelling and see if you still get the streaks.
