Hi Everyone, I am new to cp soaping (1 year) and I am curious to know if anyone has added liquid vitamins to their soap (E, A, B5, Zinc, Green Tea, etc.)? Will the skin absorb the benifits and how much would you use and when do you add them?

I don't know whether they'd survive the process, or whether the skin would absorb them - keep in mind that soap is on your skin for a very limited amount of time. I think this would be a very questionable use of the vitamins.

I do use green tea in one of my soaps, but it's pretty much for label appeal more than anything else.

Thank you for your response, I was thinking the same thing. I know each oil (palm, coconut, etc.) already have their benefits so I will just market the green tea like you suggest.

Soap is a wash off product. Save the vitamins for lotions or creams. Vitamins would most likely end up being eaten by lye.
