Thank you Mickey, I did do the zap test and boy am I tickled...no zap here :) , one other thing I did not mention, is that in an effort to keep her really warm, the non-drafty spot I found in the house, was my laundry room. I was especiallly pleased that my son had laundry to do, because I thought it would be that much warmer, two things here, soap baby was wrapped up in blankets but on the washer; he uses cold water to wash, 2: then the dryer was on and the door was shut and it was really hot in there. Just a thought.

Never add flakes to your raw soap. The lye needs to be fully disolved in liquid first. Flakes added to the soap will cause lye pockets and are a very bad thing!
Toss this one batch - the next will be better!
