Hi my batch of c.p. looked great when it went in mold but is still goo . I used safflower oil instead i olive , did not use lye calculator to fix can i do hot process ?? If i do do i add more lye . Or just do the process in slow cooker.. batck is3 weeks old. Hope you can help. Clawfeet

I think you need to run it through a lye calculator. At 3 weeks, something isn't right.

You cannot sub safflower oil for the olive unless it's high oleic. That's what is making your soap soft.

OP, could you better describe the texture? Is it like pudding?

When you say "goo" I am thinking it is more like pudding, but it could be just very soft.
