Thank you
thursdayschild! Yes, it is very very exciting! I have always had troubles with dedicating myself to something, I just lost interest over time but with soap making I don't think I will ever lose interest, I can't stop browsing for new ideas and can't wait to make a new batch! So I think I finally found something I will stick to

And yes, lost of things for soap making can be found at cheap stores, I picked up spatulas from 2 dollar stores and they are excellent quality, I bought bowls for mixing oils and lye at discounted kitchenware store. I bought silicon molds, scales and digital thermometer on eBay (cheaper than in shops), bought a stick blender for $12 at a local supermarket and my husband made me wooden frames to keep silicon molds in shape when I pour soap in it and he also made a wooden cutter. For cutting soap I use a paint scraper from hardware store

But I agree you don't need to buy molds, you can jut use some containers that could be founds at home and many things could be bought on eBay secondhand like a stick blender maybe.
