I was making soap with salt (spa bars) and the I should have added 18 oz of water and 8 oz of lye. Not paying attention I added on 8 oz of water to 8 oz lye. Should I throuhg it out maybe lye heavy or should I let it cure longer or use it for a rebatch.

8 oz of water to 8 oz lye is a 50% solution. it difficult to completely dissolve the lye in this much water without some of the lye precipitating to the bottom of the water. Curing it longer will not make a batch that's lye heavy, not lye heavy. Missing 10 ozs. of water is a lot. It's possible you might still have undissolved lye in your soap. If it's just a small batch, I would start over.

Throw it out. Not worth the risk. No sense losing more money over it. Start over. Water and lye are NEVER 1:1.

If you had too much water and the soap wasn't saponifying, then I would rebatch. But with this situation, I would not risk hurting somebody.

:(
